Christmas Card Club and It's still Sunday.

Hi everyone
I can't believe what my husband did. I work Saturdays and sometimes don't get home till after 5 but as he doesn't work Saturdays he usually runs the vac round. Wonderful I can hear you all say.  Till he says to me, with a smug look on his face, "go check out the craft room then"  I nearly broke my neck getting up there and OMG he'd vacumed my craftroom floor! I couldn't believe it. Now I know I'm a messy crafter but this is my room  for god's sake and there was more gem stones, ribbon, my earring I dropped and forgot to pick up, charms etc need I go on. now all nicely tucked up in my vacum. I know I shouldn't be ungrateful.....  and it really was a mistake that I ordered the wrong chinease for him!   Needless to say lol, there is a new sign on my door and man with smug look and vacum no longer allowed.

Well, onto my card for the Christmas Club, and the lovely Zoe chose a card with an aperture. So here is my take on it. Haven't done an aperture card in ages.

The papers I used I've had for a long time so don't know whose they are, and had to stick two pieces together. back to back as I didn't have any double sided. to make the surround  I cut out the middle using Spellbinders Circles . The sentiment is LOTV.
The snowflake border is Tim Holtz  and added gems
I decorated the inside with the same paper and added a couple of die cut snowflakes (magnolia)
Memory box christmas tree

  20. Stunning as always sweetie, I love those beautiful papers and the folded frame looks fab, the snowflake edges are gorgeous too. I have to say it's hard not to get annoyed when the men in your life try to organize your craft area, they mean well but things are never where you left them when someone else tidy's your craft area lol
