Friday 6 September 2013

Good morning all, hope everyone is well.
Well we have had another burst of sunshine this week, it's been lovely.
My husband has been building a wall in the garden and has managed to get it all finished before the rain came and he's done a super job, it looks great.
That'll sure stop the neighbours dog from coming through into our garden!!

It's been another extra busy week at work again too, roll on Sunday so I can just have a lazy day.

So Friday's here again and it's another new challenge at Totally Papercrafts
It's the turn of our lovely Cathy to host and her chosen theme is
Red/Black + option of a touch of White

Wasn't really sure what to do with this one and think I may have used a tad more White than just a touch...... sorry Cathy... I really tried!!

Our fab sponsor this week is

Delicious Doodles

and the prize is 4 digi's of the winner's choice

Only got a couple of pics cos naughty me aint finished the inside yet so will have to add that later.
Did some paper piecing too on her dress, hat and stockings to tie the colours together. Been a while since I've done any, I'd forgotten how fiddly it is.

Recipe

Spellbinders grand Circles for card base
Memory Box - Poinsettia added shabby white frantage, Christmas tree
Marianne - Christmas tree
Magnolia - Tilda paper pieced her clothes, distress inks for face and hands.
Glamour dust
Ribbon and gems from stash
Sentiments - LOTV

Challenges

Have a super day.
Hugs Sue Xx.
