Love, Love, Love.

Good morning mi lovlies, hope you are all well. We sure have had some strange weather again. Tuesday we were covered in snow and Wednesday it rained and blew a gale all day and the snow was gone as quickly as it came.
I did see two beautiful robbins on my bird table though and boy were they little fatties.
 
Well my daughter managed to have her endoscopy on Monday morning and I was really proud of her, as scared as she was, they managed to get the endoscope down first time... even the nurse praised her and said she wished all her patients were so good!!
I was so relieved it was over for her. We were then shown into a side bay where a Seior nurse was to come and explain the report to us and tell us what would happen next.
 
The nurse arrived with report in hand so I asked what the six biopsy's they had taken would be tested for. Oh well from what they could see all indications showed that my daughter had Coeliac disease!!!
WHAT....run that by me again!!! I know she has Coeliac disease, she's was diagnosed at 7 years of age and she's nearly 20...... OMG.... please tell me this isn't happening...
Well what else are you testing for..... Oh, Lactose intollerance.... well she's had the test for that too and it was negative.... What's next ... well that's it.
 
The test that she should have had they had not done, they had completely missed reading it on her notes, so it's been a complete waste of time and my daughter may have to go through the whole thing again... I just burst into tears in frustration and my daughter was sat there with tears rolling down her cheeks too, we just looked at each other stunned.
This whole thing has turned into a farce and I now need to make an official complaint.
We just don't know which way to turn next.
And last night she sat with a bucket throwing up for most of the night, we're all at out wits end.
 
Well here we are Friday again and another new challenge over at Totally Papercrafts and it's the turn of our lovely Cathy to host with team B.

    Oh that's just awful about your poor daughter Sue! You both must be so frustrated and fed up and who can blame you!! I really hope you get things sorted out ASAP. However your card is just gorgeous!! Love all the pretty detail xx

    I am so sorry Sue for all your daughter has been through. It seems typical of the NHS these days and our lives are in their hands. I had a shoulder op and the surgeon came in just before to ink the shoulder he was to op on. I said why are you marking that one it is the other one your doing the op on. He said he was just checking to see if I was with it. If I hadn't been concentrating he would have done the op on the other one!!!!

    Your card is just as gorgeous as ever sweetie. You really have a talent.

    My heart goes out to your daughter. How awful to go through with that unpleasant procedure for them just to tell you what you already know. No wonder you are so upset and I think you are right to make a complaint. I really do hope that they can give you some answers and help soon.

    The NHS can be so blooming stupid and useless at times. So sorry to hear your young lass is having such a rough time. I've had issues with the NHS over the years so I can understand your frustration. Please make sure you do put in a complaint -putting her through that last procedure and not testing for the right issues - well it's gone beyond a joke.
    Anyways the real reason I'm here - your card is so beautiful and I hope we will be to see more of your creations in future.
